Planning Submission: Saxilby Filling Station
We have recently submitted a full planning application to West Lindsey District Council for our latest development on the site of the former filling station at Saxilby.
The application seeks permission for an exclusive development of 5 contemporary homes, which have been specifically designed to suit modern family life. The application is due for determination early August 2018 and, if successful, work will start on site before the end of the year.
Set around a small cul-de-sac accessed by a private drive from Lincoln Road, the development will offer both three and four-bedroom homes. The three-bedroom semi-detached homes feature open plan kitchen and bifold doors and the four-bedroom detached homes feature two en-suites, in addition to a family bathroom.
