Riverside Enterprise Park – Phase 1

Riverside Enterprise Park is a 5.8 acre (2.3 hectare) development situated to the North West of Lincoln, just three miles from the Lincoln Bypass and five miles from Lincoln City Centre.

The site is clearly visible from the A57 trunk road, which is used by in excess of 12,000 vehicles per day, and the nearby village of Saxilby provides a full range of local services and facilities including shops, post office and pubs.

The development is a combination of new build and existing portal frame buildings, which are to be stripped back to their frames before being re-clad and refurbished to a high standard.

Current unit sizes are flexible but typically range from 1,000 – 4,100 sq ft (92.9-380.9 sq m) and design and build opportunities are available, giving the occupier the ability to secure a building designed to meet their needs. Generous plot sizes can also be provided, offering room for loading, storage and future expansion.

Phase 1 is currently under construction, with Unit 6 already occupied by Agrigem Ltd and a number of other units under offer. Construction of Phase 2 will begin in early 2017 and a planning application for Phase 3 will be submitted in summer 2017.
