Stirlin HQ, Lincoln

Stirlin currently occupy a spacious, bespoke office at Stirlin Point, Lincoln. The offices, split over two floors, are designed to provide our growing office team with space to carry out their day-to-day tasks in a supportive and engaging office environment.

The building includes a contemporary meeting room, where meetings are overseen by our Mayor of Lincoln Baron, and we have recently added a second office space at ground floor for our estimating and buying team.

In October 2017 our architectural design division, Stirlin Design, gained planning permission for two further units, located on land directly adjacent our main office. The first, a 900 sqft office building, will provide additional office and meeting accommodation for our management team and the second, a 2500 sqft warehouse, will be occupied by Stirlin Plant Hire & Sales.

The new Stirlin Plant Hire & Sales building will allow our team to offer a wider range of services, including repairs, refurbishments and servicing, as well as maximise storage space for our increasing inventory of plant machinary and equipment.

The new management building has been designed to provide an open plan office space and informal meeting areas, allowing the team to collaboratively discuss ongoing and future projects, new ventures and business development.

Construction of the new units will begin before the end of 2017 and will be completed late Summer 2018.
