Leafbridge: Construction begins on a new phase

Stirlin, are delighted to announce that construction has commenced on a new phase at their Leafbridge Business Park in Hykeham.

Planning was approved by North Kesteven District Council last year for the new phase of units to be constructed on the development.

The new 6,000 sqft building will form the final phase of existing units on the development within Freya Court, which are all sold subject to contract and occupied by various businesses.

Leafbridge is a 44-acre commercial development conveniently situated on Station Road in North Hykeham, just one mile from the A46 Lincoln bypass, ten miles from the A1 and five miles from Lincoln city centre.

The development benefits from being directly adjacent to the Access Lincoln Transport Hub, which includes the Hykeham Railway Station, a park and ride service and a hire bike scheme.

The latest phase, expected to be completed in Summer 2021, will offer four industrial units with the potential to support up to 16 new jobs.

Each unit will measure approximately 1,509 sqft (larger requirements can be met by combining two units) and include an impressive specification, with dedicated parking.

James Kirby, Founder and Owner of Stirlin says “We’re excited to have commenced construction on the new phase of units at Leafbridge. The completion of Building E will be a significant milestone for Stirlin, as we will have developed over 200,000 sqft of property since being founded in 2007.”

“We have already seen a high demand for the new phase, with Unit E3 and Unit E4 sold subject to contract, leaving only two units available. Designs are being prepared for further phases on the site, so we’d welcome any interested investors or businesses to get in touch with our team with their exact requirements.”

Interested parties can find more information on Unit E1 and Unit E2 here.
