Lincs Lining announce relocation to Leafbridge
Lincs Lining, the road marking and circuit specialists, have announced that they will be relocating their head office to Leafbridge.
Impressed by Leafbridge’s location just seven miles from Lincoln City Centre, with easy access to the A46, A1 and M1, Lincs Lining have agreed to purchase, subject to planning, a 1500 sq ft light industrial unit on the development. The unit will allow them to facilitate their in-house team, ever-growing fleet of vehicles and purpose built machinery.
Dominic Revill, Director of Lincs Lining said of the exciting move, “Owning our own premises allows us to carry out a purpose fit, which saves us valuable time and money. The investment being shown on the Leafbridge site shows that it is a sound financial decision, with the opportunity to purchase a bigger premises once the development grows, hopefully in line with our own company.”
Since forming in 2013 the company has grown year on year, both in staff and turnover, which is fast approaching £1 million a year.
James Kirby, Managing Director of Stirlin Developments Ltd said, “I’ve known Dominic for over 20 years, so I’m particularly pleased to agree this freehold deal with him. Lincs Lining has always operated from a premises developed by Stirlin, firstly at Stirlin Court, Saxilby and currently at Stirlin Point, Lincoln. It’s been an absolute pleasure to see how fantastically well he has done to establish the company, and a reliable team around him.”
