New Development: Kirk’s Yard, Branston

Stirlin Developments has announced it will be delivering a new 1.2-acre commercial site at Kirk’s Yard, Branston.

The proposed scheme will provide both freehold and leasehold units, ranging from 750sqft – 1250sqft. Design and Build requirements can also be accommodated on the site.

The site, which lies on the edge of Branston village, offers excellent transport links to Lincoln City Centre and the A15. The location will also benefit from the A46 Lincoln Eastern Bypass, once completed in 2019.
