Planning Approval: Leafbridge Building E
The green light has been given to plans that we submitted, to construct further business space at Leafbridge Business Park on Station Road in North Hykeham.
North Kesteven District Council have granted planning consent which will allow the build of an additional terrace of four light industrial units, as the final phase of the Freya Court development within the business park.
Each unit will provide 1,509 sqft of industrial space to an impressive modern design, with dedicated parking and individual loading areas.
This latest phase of the development is expected to provide accommodation for up to 4 businesses and support up to 16 new jobs.
The units will be available to purchase freehold, all located within a premier business park, adjacent to the Access Lincoln Transport Hub in Hykeham.
Matt Padley, Development Manager at Stirlin said “We are delighted that we’ve received planning consent for this latest phase of our Leafbridge development. As with many of our previous developments, we expect that these units will be attractive to owner occupiers. We have also seen that these freehold units appeal to investors looking to build up their portfolios.”
Interested parties are urged to make contact either directly with Stirlin on 01522 682752 or with our agents Pygott and Crone on 0330 128 0939. Early reservation is highly recommended.

Other accommodation solutions of up to 30,000 sqft are also available at Leafbridge, on what will eventually become a 44-acre employment site.
