Planning approved for Leafbridge Phase 3!

Planning consent has been granted for a new phase on Leafbridge Business Park in Hykeham.

Stirlin submitted plans to North Kesteven District Council for six new industrial units, which will potentially create around 50 new jobs.

The new phase, Building J, will provide over 23,000 sqft of employment space for a variety of business uses, with industrial units ranging in size from 3,000 to 5,000 sqft.

Each unit will be built to Stirlin’s usual high-quality specification, with an open-plan warehouse, motorised insulated sectional door, personnel door, toilet facilities and ample parking.

Leafbridge is conveniently situated on Station Road in North Hykeham, directly adjacent the Hykeham Railway Station, 1 mile from the A46 bypass, which provides direct access to Nottingham and Leicester and 10 miles from the A1.

Units J1 to J6 will act as the third phase of the 44-acre development, with previous phases now sold and occupied by a variety of growing businesses.

Bespoke design and build requirements can also be accommodated throughout the site, with opportunities available of up to 50,000 sqft.

James Kirby, owner of Stirlin, says “We’re delighted that the local authority has approved our plans to extend Leafbridge. Consent for further development on the site allows us to offer another excellent opportunity for investors and businesses looking to expand and relocate to a premier business park, bringing new employment to the area.”

“We made the decision to provide units at much larger sizes in the latest phase, to meet the demand of the current market, following several enquiries we’ve received in recent months.”

“Designs are continually being reviewed for the remainder of the site, so we welcome interested investors or businesses to get in touch to discuss their requirements.”

Construction on the new phase is due to commence on the new phase imminently, with completion due in Spring 2023.

The new units in Phase 3 are available on a Freehold or Leasehold basis. Interested parties are asked to contact Stirlin on 01522 682752 or info@stirlin.com to find out more.
