Stirlin and Castle Group have been given the green light for phase five of their popular Riverside Enterprise Park development in Saxilby.
West Lindsey District Council have granted planning permission for two terraces of four light industrial units, comprising two units of 1,250 square feet and six units of 1,500 square feet.
Stirlin have developed over 97,000 square feet of commercial property in Saxilby to date, which includes Stirlin Court and the previous four phases on their Riverside Enterprise Park development.
The most recent phases on Riverside Enterprise Park include a bespoke office and warehouse premises, which was designed and built for drainage experts, Metro Rod and three hybrid office and warehouse units, which have already been sold stc and are due to be completed imminently.
Phase five will benefit from a prominent location on the development, which is visible from the A57 trunk road.
The new units will be adjacent to two terraces of existing units on the development, which are owned by West Lindsey District Council and leased out to growing start-up businesses.
Tony Lawton, Managing Director of Stirlin said: “We’re delighted to have received planning permission for phase five of Riverside Enterprise Park. We have been developing in Saxilby since Stirlin was founded back in 2007. Our commitment to improving the area is demonstrated by the numerous developments we currently have in Saxilby, which includes Stirlin Court, expanding Riverside Enterprise Park, recently consented Enterprise West Lindsey and nearly completed residential development: Parman Court.
The sheer success of the existing four phases on Riverside Enterprise Park has paved the way for phase five. We’ve seen a significant demand for commercial property in Saxilby over the years, as businesses are keen to be located in the area due to its close proximity to the Lincoln Bypass and Lincoln City Centre.”
As well as phase five, Riverside Enterprise Park offers fantastic opportunities for businesses that require design and build premises. The remainder of the site ideally provides prominent views from the A57 and has space to manage requirements up to 15,000 sqft.
Work will commence on phase five in the coming weeks, with site preparation, servicing and enabling works already programmed.
