Post-Lockdown Update

As lockdown restrictions are gradually eased, Stirlin are going full steam ahead to deliver much-needed commercial and residential property to the region.

On the 4th May, Stirlin announced they were beginning a phased re-opening of certain construction sites across Lincolnshire, following their 6 week closure.

Since then, their team have been working hard to ensure customer demand is met within the residential and commercial property markets.

After re-opening, Stirlin have been working on the finishing touches for the very first two terraces of commercial units on their Leafbridge development in Hykeham, which are due to be completed at the end of the month. Unit F2, within the two terraces of units, is currently on promotion at a fantastic new price as Stirlin’s Property of the Month. Find out more here.

Construction has also commenced on a 6-month build schedule for three hybrid office and warehouse units, as part of phase 3 on Stirlin’s popular Riverside Enterprise Park development in Saxilby. Interested parties are asked to contact Banks Long Co on 01522 518599 for more details on these.

Next month, Stirlin will resume work on their new commercial development in Gainsborough, Stirlin Place. With 5 out of the 8 units in phase 1 and 2 already sold, they are seeing a strong demand for new commercial property within the town.

Stirlin have also been continuing construction of their new Homes by Stirlin residential homes in Nettleham and Saxilby, to ensure the delay in their build schedule is minimal and the homes are ready for their new owners in November. Please see what’s available here.

James Kirby, Managing Director of Stirlin says “Since our phased re-opening, we have seen an influx of enquiries for properties on both our commercial and residential developments. We are very fortunate that the Lincolnshire property market has historically shown to be extremely resilient compared to other regions in the UK. With this in mind, we have strong confidence in our variety of residential and commercial products. The team and I care passionately about what we do, striving to deliver high-quality design and construction.

We appreciate that the effects of lockdown will have taken its toll on the UK economy as a whole and to some effect locally. But I firmly believe we, along with many other businesses, can adapt both our working methods and our business to ensure safe passage through the remainder of 2020 and into a more positive 2021.”
