Commitment to Quality
This project reflects our meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the apartments are designed and constructed to provide comfortable, functional, and sustainable spaces that meet the highest standards of excellence for the community they serve.
The Build
Stirlin were appointed by YMCA Lincolnshire to deliver 16 independent apartments, which aim to expand the housing provision already provided by YMCA Lincolnshire.
This ambitious £2.6 million project involved the transformation of an existing 1930’s property in the St. Giles area into 16 brand-new, self-contained modern apartments to support vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals across the region experiencing homelessness.
We are proud to be part of this project, knowing it will make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities. Social values are embedded at the heart of what we do at Stirlin, and we are committed to delivering outstanding results.
The collaboration between YMCA Lincolnshire and Stirlin signifies a powerful partnership that combines expertise and compassion to create tangible, lasting change in Lincolnshire. By leveraging YMCA Lincolnshire’s profound understanding of community support and Stirlin’s construction capabilities, this partnership ensures that the housing expansion project will meet the highest standards of quality.
