Stirlin Plant HQ
In 2021, we were appointed by Stirlin Plant to design and build their new headquarters.
Having outgrown their previous facility, Stirlin Plant required a new building to expand the business and showcase their growing product portfolio.
The 5,000 sqft Office and Warehouse was designed by Johnathan Roberts Architects and built by Stirlin. Internally, the building comprises a large workshop for plant machinery repairs and servicing, staff welfare facilities and a customer area with showroom for machinery sales to the ground floor. To the first floor, there is an office and a spacious meeting room to host clients. Externally, there is ample parking and a forecourt with machinery testing facilities, with space to display large plant machinery.
The striking building occupies a prominent position on Riverside Enterprise Park in Saxilby (a commercial development by Stirlin and Castle Group), adjacent the A57 trunk road, with proximity to Lincoln City Centre and easy access to the Lincoln Bypass.
Lee Hodgkins, Manager of Stirlin Plant, said “We’re extremely pleased with our new HQ in Saxilby. The generous yard, workshop and display area has allowed us to increase our service offering and showcase the array of innovative machinery that we have at our disposal.”
“The relocation to Stirlin’s Riverside Enterprise Park in Saxilby is ideal, with the prominent position running parallel to the A57 and convenient access to the Lincoln Bypass and other road networks.”
“We are grateful to have such strong partnerships with some of the world’s leading manufacturers and the new HQ has allowed us to expand our product portfolio further and seek new partnerships.”
