Skeet Print to occupy last available unit of Phase 1 at Kirk’s Yard

Lincolnshire based print management company, Skeet Print, will be moving into the last remaining unit of Phase 1 at Kirk’s Yard.

Impressed by its location just 4 miles to the South East of Lincoln city centre, Skeet Print have purchased one of the brand-new light industrial units on Stirlin’s commercial development in Branston.

Stirlin has seen a high volume of interest for Phase 1 of commercial units on their Kirk’s Yard development since being completed in May 2019, with all units now under offer or sold. However, it is unsurprising, as the location offers excellent transport links, easy access to the A15 and B1188, and will further benefit from the completion of the Eastern Lincoln Bypass.

Director of Skeet Print, John Skeet says “We are excited to move into our new unit at Kirk’s Yard in Branston, which will enable us to further expand our printing capabilities, and give us much needed storage space, at a time when our business growth is at record levels.

The reason we chose the unit at Kirk’s Yard was its ideal location, close to our offices in Heighington. We were intent upon staying outside the City to avoid the traffic congestion each morning. Kirk’s Yard will also give us easy access to the new bypass, currently being planned to join up with the A46 Newark Road.”

Managing Director of Stirlin, James Kirby comments “We are thrilled that Skeet Print have chosen to occupy one of the units on our Kirk’s Yard development. I’m very pleased that our development provides accommodation that will facilitate Skeet Print’s exciting business growth and expansion plan. Our number one priority is to deliver modern, cost effective commercial space within an ideal location, to businesses that need it.”

Now that Phase 1 of this popular development is all under offer or sold, Stirlin are now beginning to construct Phase 2, which will provide an additional 5 commercial units for businesses to occupy.
