We are delighted to announce our appointment to deliver a new purpose-built office development for a private client in Lincolnshire.
The project will see the construction of a high-quality, traditional stone office building with a pantile roof, creating a striking new headquarters that reflects the heritage and character of the surrounding countryside.
Designed by LK2 Architects, with structural engineering by York Sills Engineering, the scheme has been carefully designed to combine traditional architecture and materials with modern office accommodation, creating a high-quality and functional working environment.
The bespoke development will incorporate a range of modern office facilities, meeting spaces, welfare areas and a contemporary kitchen, providing an attractive workspace designed to support the continued growth and evolution of the client.
As main contractor, Stirlin will deliver the project from the ground up, bringing its extensive experience in commercial construction and bespoke office developments to ensure a high-quality finish, efficient project delivery and close collaboration with the wider design team throughout the build.
