Stirlin Business Park: Phase 3

Stirlin Developments are delighted to announce a deal has been agreed and solicitors instructed on Phase 3 at Stirlin Business Park. The phase, which has recently been submitted for planning, consists of 4 hybrid units totalling 8,400 sq. ft. of office and workshop space. Planning determination is due early June, and construction will commence immediately following a positive approval.

James Kirby, Managing Director of Stirlin, commented: “We wish to thank the local investor for committing to Stirlin Business Park and we look forward to delivering the investment for them. Upon completion the units will be marketed by Pygott & Crone offering the opportunity for businesses to lease the versatile space.”

Jamie Thorpe, Surveyor at Pygott & Crone, added: “Stirlin Business Park is a premier commercial development, occupying a strong location in Lincoln’s prime commercial district and visible from the A46 Lincoln Bypass. It comes as no surprise that the development has proven popular amongst investors and owner occupiers, with 100% occupancy across phase 1 and only one unit remaining within phases 2 and 3. We expect high demand to continue across the Business Park and look forward to working closely with the local investor to put together an effective marketing strategy”.
