We Are Hiring – Administrative Assistant

Stirlin are hiring. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Purpose of role: To work and support our administrative team.

Key accountabilities may include: 

  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Diary management for staff and meeting rooms
  • Supporting the administrative, accounts and management teams
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, laminating and shredding
  • Providing drink refreshments for management, office and meetings
  • General office duties such as making drinks and keeping the office tidy
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ensure any emails/queries received are answered in a timely manner

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • IT literate including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good telephone call handling skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and visitors
  • Be organised punctual
  • Show professionalism to visitors and colleagues
  • Be able to work as part of a team or individually

Hours of work (39.5 hours): 

Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5pm
Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
